Xactly Corporation, an automated on-demand sales compensation management solutions provider who will usually get reportage in CRMchump thanks to its hilarious name, today announced that Markinekt Professional Resources, a staffing agency for media and entertainment companies, advertising agencies and marketing departments, has deployed Xactly Incent for AppExchange to automate sales compensation management for their recruiting professionals.

The Xactly Incent on-demand sales compensation management solution is used by sales and finance executives, compensation analysts, sales operations and sales agents. Its rules-based, services-oriented architecture seeks to assist customers in building compensation plans and managing incentive compensation.

Xactly Incent promises instant integration to Salesforce. Xactly Incent’s interesting-sounding “Incentive Estimator” provides Salesforce customers with the ability to run "what-if" scenarios based on Salesforce opportunities or estimated sales to calculate potential commission and bonus estimates.

Implementing Xactly Incent at Markinekt was Astadia Consulting, an Xactly Corporation partner.

Technically, Astadia Consulting is a bit of a new company, formed from the merger of GrowthCircle and MW Advisors back in mid-October of last year.

Astadia today bills itself as the “largest on-demand/SaaS consulting firm in the world” and has offices across the U.S. and in Europe.
