Throwing Infusion a Bohn

It isn’t often that the name of a company’s owner takes precedence in a CRM sale, but Richard Bohn is no ordinary customer. Check out his press bio blurb: “Richard Bohn is known as the oldest, totally independent and brutally honest reviewer of CRM solutions in the analyst community. Bohn was the Review Editor for Sales Process Engineering & Automation Review where he was honored to receive the Sales Automation Association’s award for Excellence in Journalism. … His no-nonsense reviews have helped literally thousands of sales pros make more informed CRM decisions. Bohn believes it’s his duty to deliver the best in CRM to companies…”

“His duty”? Whoa, Bohn is clearly hardcore about CRM, which probably gives the folks at on-demand Customer Relationship Management solutions provider Infusion Software a righteous right to talk much trash with the announcement that Bohn had selected Infusion CRM to manage sales and marketing processes for his website www.SellMoreNow.com.

(It’s kind of like getting Roger Ebert to write a screenplay, which actually happened back in 1970 for Russ Meyer’s classic massive mammary flick Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. Betcha Infusion Software CRM won’t get slapped with an X-rating, though…)

Bohn will reportedly use Infusion CRM for sales lead generation, follow-up marketing and order processing, but check out his short review of his new thumbs-up recommendation: “In my 20 years as a CRM software reviewer I have come across many CRM software solutions and investing in Infusion’s software was a no-brainer.”

Key elements of the Infusion CRM solution touted by others, some even not named Richard Bohn, include marketing automation; sales force automation; email management; contact management; affiliate tracking; e-commerce; list management; billing and accounting; calendaring and tasks; and help desk.

Infusion Software is a privately-held company headquartered in Arizona.
