The HEAT is on: FrontRange takes Best Help Desk Solution prize

The HEAT product suite has earned FrontRange customer recognition as the “Best Help Desk Solution, Best in Americas” at the 2006 Contact Center World Members’ Choice Awards. Contact Center World is a contact-center industry global support organization, and 2006 marks the fourth year such awards have been bestowed. The award was the result of the votes of more than 3,000 customers, and singled out HEAT from among six dozen entrants.

Upon reception, FrontRange CEO Michael McCloskey promised that “FrontRange will continue to strive to provide its customers with best-in-class solutions that are easy to use, rapidly deployed and offer a low total cost of ownership.” McCloskey also noted that the Contact Center World member recognition is significant in reflecting the voice of the customer.

FrontRange may now place their new trophy on the mantle alongside their Top 15 CRM Small and Medium Business Software Award given this year by strategic advisory services firm ISM. Founded in 1989, FrontRange Solutions has produced software and solutions now in use by more than 130,000 companies and over 1.2 million users. FrontRange specialties include CRM, IP service management, communications management and infrastructure management. Contact Center World is an on-line resource for the contact center industry with over 85,700 corporate members.
