Sage Wisdom: Aberdeen’s International Success Strategy Winner announced

“Success Strategies for Leveraging Customer Intelligence,” a report released by the Aberdeen Group, named Sage CRM SalesLogix user by conference and trade show business services provider Conferon Global Services, Inc. an International Success Strategy winner from among eight hundred such firms. Conferon Global was singled out for its 35% improvement in customer acquisition rates, thanks to use of Sage CRM SalesLogix.

Aberdeen Group director of customer intelligence research Leslie Ament noted that the “Aberdeen Conferon Global Services’ Sage CRM SalesLogix implementation demonstrates how companies can leverage CRM applications to achieve these results.” This implementation was a group effort in the sales department between Conferon and a Sage CRM solutions business partner, and was the product of an internal team and outside consulting for the accounting, operations, research and marketing departments. Conferon was happy to pass along thanks as well.

“A key organizational enhancement for CGS has been the connectivity of our multiple global divisions through Sage CRM SalesLogix,” said Conferon Global Services Enterprise sales technology manager Patrick DiLullo. Sage CRM SalesLogix has 7,000 customers, making it the CRM leader for small- to mid-sized businesses. The Sage Group boasts 4.7 million customers worldwide. Conferon Global Services is the nation’s largest meeting management and event services company, providing management services to over 1,000 customers and over 2,800 meetings annually.
