SugarCRM introduces Sugar 6

Sugar CRM, a provider of Open Source CRM, has recently announced the release of Sugar 6. Sugar claims that their new CRM system is the most intuitive and flexible system currently on the market.

The new tools in Sugar 6 expand the platforms integration and out-of-the box capabilities, and creates a newfound value to customers. The new tools enable customers to leverage the insights that social media can provide to businesses. Sugar 6 users can internalize customer data from social media by properly monitoring and combining it with existing customer information. The open source CRM solution provides a previously unheard of level of structure and organization for compiling customer data.

R.Dean Taylor, VP of Channel Management at Family Search International, was very excited about Sugar’s new innovations.
