JMsolutions takes DealerUps

JMsolutions, producer of web-based products and services for the automotive dealership industry, has acquired the business of automotive CRM software specialist DealerUps, Inc. The acquisition will allow JMsolutions to expand its own RetailSuite product offering, thus providing dealers with what company PR claims is “an array of technology products and services unmatched in the industry.”

DealerUps CRM supports the first stage in the sales process, one of the few areas seemingly uncovered by JMsolutions to this point. JMsolutions currently boasts a range of process improvement, unique technology, lead management, desking software, consulting, and other services.

Orlando, Fla.-based DealerUps, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Ted Rubin and David Lampert, who are today JMsolutions employees. JMsolutions has reported “extend[ing] offers to join” to current DealerUps associates.

JMsolutions plans to spotlight the DealerUps CRM at this year’s National Automotive Dealers Association Convention and Expo, February 3-6 in Las Vegas.

A JM Family Enterprises, Inc. company, JMsolutions focuses on customer relationship management; dealer desking; finance and insurance menus; new and used car inventory optimization; reporting solutions; and related training and consulting services. JMsolutions today consists of over 1,200 dealership clients nationwide, including four out of the nation’s top five dealer groups. JMsolutions is headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Fla.
