5square’s new tool

5square.com, specialist in sales process automation software for automotive dealerships, today announced the release of an automated follow-up tool built into the overall 5square.com web-based system.

The new tool promises to be “the first of its kind to specifically link each lead to an automated follow-up schedule that allows dealerships to tailor follow-up by lead source and the reason the customer left. … The tool forces more discipline inside the store as management can set a specific follow-up schedule which automatically enforces follow-up.”

Based in Westlake Village, Calif., 5square.com’s flagship web-based program is an extensive CRM system that “captures and tracks every aspect of every lead, every deal, every time.”
