SSA Global Releases Upgrade

Marketing application suite SSA Marketing, the first major upgrade to SSA customer relationship management since late 2005, has been released by SSA Global. SSA Marketing 7.0 is designed for integrating marketing initiatives. The solution promises to deliver Advanced Real Time Analytics to provide continuous evolution of real-time data to achieve higher acceptance rates; Customer Strategy Groups to impart real time decision making in the consumer market and thereby campaign efficacy; an improved user interface; an improved reportage interface; Statistical Model Integration, which will improve results by leverage of extant analytical models; and enhancements to performance and scalability. SSA Marketing 7.0 was especially designed for those in vertical industries such as hospitality, insurance, retail, telecommunications and travel, among others.
