Soffront succeeds in New England

Representatives from CRM software provider Soffront Software Inc. today released some results from New England Controls showing substantial improvement to service and support processes since deploying Soffront CRM software. Soffront CRM is employed in the Sure Service division of New England Controls, a supplier of distributed control systems to automate manufacturing processes.

Soffront CRM was implemented for tracking and organizing service contracts and related activities at New England Controls. New England Controls are meticulous, tracking everything concerning each service contract, including activities, work orders, field reports, invoicing, and even downloads of PDF files from the company database.

The bottom line? Says Josh Brotherton, SureService Manager, New England Controls, “Although the number of support personnel has remained the same, the net increase of new contracts in the past year is approximately 20 percent.”

Self-billed as a pioneer of CRM since 1992, Soffront offers end-to-end, fully integrated CRM solutions spanning sales, marketing, customer service and employee help desks; the firm’s clientele now exceeds 500. Soffront is a privately-held firm.
