Shiny happy at Infusion

Now here’s an excellent accolade to get regardless of industry: Infusion Software, a provider of on-demand Customer Relationship Management solutions for growing small businesses, has been named on of the top small businesses in which to work in the Phoenix in Phoenix Business Journal/Best Companies AZ study. Infusion placed 19th in the top-30 list.

Quantum Market Research undertook the study, in which companies were ranked on the basis of surveys taken of management and employees. Topics covered by the survey included issues such as internal communication, work environment, personal growth and development, people practices, compensation, benefits, promotions, recognition, and innovation.

Said Infusion Software President Clate Mask, "We have great people who contribute to and create a positive, infectious culture, and that culture has become one of our greatest assets because happy employees lead to happy customers." Sounds like a great group of happy campers, eh?
