Sanof-aventis to standardize its CRM

After a wait of a couple of years, pharmaceutical company Sanofi-aventis will have its CRM operations standardized. The decision to perform the operation was first made in 2004 when the company’s merger with Aventis Pharma was made final. StayInFront Australia press release won the tender for the implementation project in late March and recently announced that the strategy would be in place by the end of 2006.

Key to the project will be the StayInFront Australia’s provision of its electronic territory management system from their CRM Life Sciences line. After the streamlining, Sanofi-aventis will improve access and reporting for the company’s more than five hundred employees.
