Pivoting the Mellon

Pivotal Corporation, a provider of relationship management solutions to enterprise mid-market and blue chip organisations will co-present with global investment management firm Mellon Asset Management at the Gartner Financial Services Summit in London on September 25. On topic will be the Mellon implementation of Pivotal CRM.

Mellon head of eBusiness Stephen Johns will discuss the reasoning behind the implementation of a single, integrated global contact management system for its institutional and retail business worldwide. Pivotal Financial Services general manager Jason Rushforth will represent Pivotal.

Pivotal is a division of CDC Software, which is a platinum sponsor of the event, a show that one CDC exec called β€œone of the key events in the European financial services calendar.” Indeed, the two-day event is expected to play host to more than 350 senior European Financial Services executives in the discussion of trends and issues currently facing the financial services sector.
