PacificNet Inc. for Motorola

PacificNet Inc., a provider of customer relationship management, telemarketing services, call center services, direct response television, and value-added services in China, announced this week that Motorola has selected subsidiary company PacificNet iMobile to be the exclusive service provider for China’s Motorola online shop.

Also known as "MotoShop," the Motorola online store is e-commerce site for the mother company’s telecommunications products, upgrade, exchange, and Enterprise Mobile Solutions. The site will be operated – plus given distribution and logistics support – by PacificNet iMobile. PacificNet logistics personnel will deliver goods to the doorstop where possible, already promising delivery inside of three business days.

As a stipulation in the contract, iMobile personnel will provide customer assistance to consumers and the “full range of supply chain services.” "As more multi-national companies enter China,” confidently stated PacificNet chairman / CEO Tony Tong, “they will be in need of CRM services, call center and e-commerce outsourcing, distribution, online order taking, and other related services […]. The PacificNet iMobile distribution center logistics chain and customer service centers cover forty cities in twenty-one provinces including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Dalian, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi’an, Harbin, Qiqihaer, Henan, and Changsha.
