Japan Technology Services Segmentâ??s Core Company Joins SugarCRM Partner CareBrains In New Partnership

SugarCRM Inc., the world’s leading provider of commercial open source customer relationship management (CRM) software, today announced SOFTBANK TECHNOLOGY has signed a J-Gold partner agreement with CareBrains Inc., a Japanese SugarCRM strategic partner, to distribute SugarCRM solutions.The new partnership will service a broad range of customer needs by offering an ASP services utilizing SugarCRM.

The company has licensed a 100 user subscription within its customer call center.
