Leading Consulting Firm to Deploy SugarCRM to 9,000 Users

BDO Seidman LLP, a leading national professional services firm, standardizes on SugarCRM to help enable distributed CRM for employees and partners of BDO Seidman and its Alliance Members

The project, named BDO Link, will use SugarCRM to help improve opportunity and resource sharing, along with executive reporting. BDO Seidman is the U.S. member firm of BDO International, the fifth largest global accounting organization.

Improving Communications Across the Company
With employees in more than 30 offices and 250 independent alliance firm locations nationwide, BDO Seidman plans to use an on-premise version of Sugar Professional to manage the distributed interactions taking place among and between BDO Seidman and its Alliance Members. Using SugarCRM, employees and Alliance Members will be able to share leads, manage sales opportunities, coordinate activities, and generate reports from the SugarCRM system.
