Eloqua Names Alex Shootman SVP of Worldwide Sales

Industry Veteran Joins Company to Continue Fast Growth

Shootman is joining Eloqua during a period of strong growth and financial health. Most recently, Shootman was the senior vice president of sales and services for Vignette responsible for all global field sales activities. Prior to Vignette, Shootman served as executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at TeleTech and was responsible for all revenue generating and market facing activities at the global business process outsourcing (BPO) company. Prior to TeleTech, Shootman held the position of vice president of sales and services for the Americas region at BMC. At BMC, he oversaw sales, pre-sales, professional services and customer support. Shootman began his career with IBM Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
