NetLogic comes to Texas

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, the Lone Star State is about to welcome a new occupant: NetLogic Inc. The newspaper today ran the story proclaiming that NetLogic Inc. VoIp would soon be expanding into Texas. Texas companies will soon have another choice in phone service. NetLogic Inc. is expanding its VoIP business to Texas. St. Louis, Mo.-based NetLogic’s business telephone service is available in the Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio metropolitan areas. The service will be marketed under the VoIP Choice brand.

In addition to VoIP Choice, NetLogic is moving into Texas wholesale with marketing wholesale VoIP; symmetric digital-subscriber lines; dedicated Internet; high-bandwidth wireless services; Web hosting; and intercity private-line services. Symmetric digital-subscriber line is NetLogic’s selling point, a technology that allows additional data to be sent over existing copper telephone lines. Intercity private lines allow carriers, internet service providers or businesses with multiple locations to take advantage of dedicated bandwidth connections.
