Integrated Software Development Ltd., a provider of enterprise software aimed at small- and medium-sized enterprises, today announced that Ness-Matach has upgraded its BENEFIT system.

ISD announced that Ness-Matach (www.ness-matach.co.il), after using BENEFIT for over three years, has recently upgraded its BENEFIT version to include web-based capabilities. The new version connects to the company’s database located in its offices and should allow technicians to access assignments and service calls online.

Ness-Matach is a joint venture of Ness Technologies and Israel’s Center for Educational Technology. The company provides IT products and services to corporate, governmental and public entities in Israel, and maintains sales and service partnerships including Microsoft, IBM and Ipex. Ness Technologies is a provider of comprehensive end-to-end IT services and solutions, with over 7,000 employees in fiteen countries worldwide. Ness recently posted recorded quarterly results, with revenues reaching US $116.6 million in the second quarter of 2006.

ISD Ltd. is an Israeli software company providing enterprise software for small- and medium-sized enterprises in functions such as workforce management, contact center operations and asset management. BENEFIT contains customer resource management functions for internal efficiency, cost control and customer service quality. BENEFIT is today used by over 3,000 users in more than 200 organizations.
