CRM Hall of Fame? Cool!

Wait! There’s one more! Sheryl Kingstone, director of Yankee Group’s Customer-Centric Strategies Decision Service, has won CRM Magazine’s 2006 Influential Leader Award. Kingstone is also the first female in CRM Magazine’s history to be inducted in the CRM Hall of Fame.

Kingstone’s PR says that she is a well-known and respected industry analyst in the CRM market. With more than fifteen years’ experience in high-technology, enterprise vendors rely on her expertise and honest insight on how top trends in marketing and sales effectiveness are affecting their corporate strategy and bottom line.

Last year’s winner of the CRM Magazine Hall of Fame bust or plaque or bronze statute or whatever it is they give you was none other than Marc Benioff. The Chump wonders if the CRM Hall of Fame has a wing for writers. Ah, something to aspire to…
