CCC now Core’s

Core Solutions Inc., a provider of customer relationship management consulting services to small- and mid-sized companies throughout New England, today announced an agreement to purchase the assets of Computer Control Corporation of Rocky Hill, Conn., a merger that would neatly double the size of Core Solutions.

“Core Solutions will now be by far the largest reseller of GoldMine in New England,” declared Paul Petersen, CRM division senior director at Goldmine publisher FrontRange Solutions. Core Solutions holds a position as a top-20 reseller of GoldMine, a top-30 reseller of Sage CRM SalesLogix, and a leading provider of Microsoft CRM software. Computer Control Corporation is a large GoldMine reseller in New England.

Computer Control Corp. founder Joel Scott stated that the deal was “a good marriage between two very strong consulting firms.” Scott, author of “GoldMine for Dummies” and co-author of “Microsoft CRM for Dummies,” will remain with the company, albeit as a member of the management team only.

Computer Control Corp. will operate as a separate division of Core Solutions and will retain its name. The agreement is expected to be completed in January 2007. Terms were not disclosed.

Based in Newton, Mass., Core Solutions Inc. is a provider of software and consulting services for FrontRange’s GoldMine and HEAT, Microsoft CRM, and Sage CRM products. The company was founded in 2000.

Computer Control Corporation supplies CRM solutions GoldMine and Microsoft CRM. The company specializes in needs analysis, customization, implementation, training, ongoing support and data migration for small- and medium-sized CRM systems. CCC is headquartered in Rocky Hill, Conn.
