BCM takes on CRM

Fiserv CBS Worldwide today announced that Banco Comercial de Macau has signed a license agreement to implement Fiserv’s core banking, teller services and customer relationship solutions. BCM sees the Fiserv CRM implementation as crucial to one particular segment of its business, the most recently established, TeleBCM.

As you might guess, TeleBCM offers what has been called “the most comprehensive phone banking service ever in Macau.” Fiserv CBS Worldwide is a unit of Fiserv, Inc., a Fortune 500 company of some US $4.1 billion reported in total revenues for 2005. Fiserv CBS Worldwide delivers business and technology solutions for retail financial organisations, consumer finance institutions, and credit unions; the firm has offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Poland, Singapore, Australia, China, Indonesia, Colombia and Costa Rica, and claims approximately 300 financial institutions among its clientele.

Banco Comercial de Macau is a subsidiary of Dah Sing Banking Group Ltd., a Hong Kong-based financial giant that earned over US $3.86 billion in 2005. Dah Sing employs nearly 1,700.
