RWD’s new CRM

RWD Technologies, Inc., a company that provides human performance improvement solutions and services, announced today the release of the suite RWD CRM Optimization Services. RWD CRM seeks to assist organizations align the three critical components of CRM success — customer experience, customer strategy and employee performance.

RWD CRM optimization services include the “RWD CRM Performance Aligned with Customer Expectations” program, or CRM PACE, a six-week analysis that provides a clear action plan for the CRM system to be implemented; CRM certification e-learning courses; change management and employee training and development; customer experience assessment; customer strategy development; business process design; technology selection; technology implementation; and post-implementation work.
