Parature To Host First Annual Users Conference, ParaFest!

Reston, VA (June 30, 2004) – Parature, a leader in online support software, today announced it will host its first annual users conference, ParaFest. ParaFest will bring together over 2,000 of Parature users to network with each other, receive skilled and relevant training, learn from other client’s successes, hear about new Parature solution offerings and receive an update on Parature’s growth. The event will be held on October 10 through October 12 in Washington, DC.

This three day conference is specifically designed for managers and administrators engaged in the help desk and customer service departments within organizations. ParaFest will give Parature clients the opportunity to gain early access to the Parature 6 release, receive skilled and relevant training from Parature’s deployment team, improve their skills through Parature client best practices seminars, and to network with peers and the Parature team. Attendees will also have full access to Parature’s developers and management team in sessions marked “Ask the Parature Developer” and “Parature’s Town Hall Meeting”, both providing for a “no holds barred” session for asking the real questions.

ParaFest is an extension of ParaUnity, the Parature Online Users Community, where clients come together to find answers, share expertise and discuss topics of interest to support professionals and managers. “The Parature experience doesn’t just end when a customer signs on the dotted line.
