The award recognizes company achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.

The Washington Business Journal, along with sponsors Littler Mendelson, Reznick Group and Quantum Market Research, will honor all finalists and announce the winners at their annual breakfast awards program Thursday, June 7th at the Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. The top companies will also be profiled in a special supplement in the June 8th edition of Washington Business Journal.

The top companies were selected from a pool of more than 300 nominations with Parature named one of 10 finalists in the medium-sized company category.

“It is very gratifying to be honored as a ‘best place to work’ in greater Washington, D.C. for the third consecutive year,” stated Duke Chung, Parature CEO and President. “It has been our philosophy, at Parature, to not only build a successful company, but to foster our employee’s personal and professional growth with a culture that is challenging, motivational, and fun.”
