Parature 3.3 Makes Supporting Large Customer Bases Easy

Upgrade Delivers New eAccount Module, Improved Reporting Tools and Data Export Utilities

Reston, VA (October 17, 2002) – Parature, Inc., an innovator of online customer support software, today announced the availability of Parature 3.3. The latest Parature release delivers a number of enhancements that make it easier to support a large customer or employee base online. The upgrade provides a new eAccount management module, improved reporting tools and new data export capabilities, while maintaining the product’s reputation for ease-of-use.

Parature is a complete service request management system. Companies use Parature to organize, manage and respond to their customers’ support requests through email and trouble tickets. In addition, Parature enables companies to publish knowledge bases on the Web, allowing their customers to find solutions online without needing telephone support.

New features in Parature 3.3 include an account management module that provides a relational customer database, including company-level data, contact-level data, and service-level data. Customizable account fields make it easier to service and track customers with multiple departments or multiple individuals authorized to receive support. In addition, the ticket system within Parature is now more customizable and scalable.
