Kansas City Kansas Community College Selects Parature’s Support Solution to Provide Technical Support

McLean, VA (May 10, 2005) – Parature, a leading provider of award winning, on demand support software, announced today that Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) has selected Parature to provide technical support to their students. Prior to selecting Parature, KCKCC had an in-house solution in place; however, it did not provide adequate functionalities for logging, tracking, and documenting past support issues. After attending the WebCT Conference, where a variety of support solutions were showcased; KCKCC selected Parature for its ease of use, quick implementation, and depth of integrated features.

KCKCC has integrated technology into its curriculum by offering online classes. As such, they are well aware of the value of online technical support. “In every one of our online classes, we have a link to the tech support page,” stated Kathryn Barker, Online Education Services Educational Specialist at KCKCC. “I love Parature, because it is such an elegant and simple-to-use solution that addresses so many of our challenges.
