Visitar comes in peace, complete

Representatives of Visitar, a provider of interaction solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced enhancements to its 360° Care viaVisitar solution.

The new version includes enhancements in CRM and customer interaction functionality, the user-driven configuration model, and the technology platform itself. Features touted as brand spankin’ new in 360° Care viaVisitar V2.0 include presence awareness for users; additional fields with customizable tools for partners to tailor; anew reporting module; support for managing calls in environments where all users have direct inward dial facilities; and enhanced interaction capabilities of conferencing, call monitoring and customer self-service.

Visitar also announced that Synchronize viaVisitar for Microsoft Outlook will be available for beta customers in mid-November. Synchronize will reportedly enable Visitar users to synchronize contact information and calendar data; and associate emails with specific contacts, accounts, cases or customer records within the 360° Care solution.

And finally, happily, Visitar announced that the raise in price for version 2.0 would be … absolutely zero, as the company is maintaining the product’s US $55 per seat per month price.
