King Parrot wants PacificNet Inc. CRM

PacificNet Inc., CRM, telemarketing services, call center, interactive voice response, direct response television, and value-added services solutions provider in China, announced today that its subsidiary PacificNet Epro has successfully implemented Epicor CRM and Business Intelligence solutions for King Parrot, a Hong Kong-based multinational catering group. In recent years, King Parrot Group has enjoyed required a solution that would enable them to manage the entire lifecycle of their customers, and PacificNet Epro was able to customize a CRM solution to King Parrot needs.

The solution provides features including membership profiles, membership card management, marketing campaign handling, and bonus inquiries. Since deployment of the solution, the company has reported some benefits, including improvements to quality and focus of customer communications and dispensation of key information.

Established in 1993, King Parrot Group is a restaurant chain with 38 outlets and 21 brands serving authentic cuisine from countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Spain, France, Korea, Russia, Taiwan, Germany, Turkey, and China. Founded in 1984, Irvine, Calif.-based Epicor serves over 20,000 customers in more than 140 countries in thirty-one languages. Epicor delivers end-to-end, industry-specific solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality and services.
