After Windows Live and Office Live SaaS, Dynamic CRM from Microsoft will be the third Live hosted service by the company. The service will first be introduced in North America in the second quarter of 2007. Microsoft is aiming to target SMBs with its initial efforts with CRM Live. Read more about this over here.
