CDC, c360 and MVI

c360 Solutions, now a division of CDC Software, has made its adopted parent company very happy indeed, just five months after its acquisition. CDC representative released figures today showing that c360 had exceeded key business objectives set for the firm.

Since April 2006, c360 has reportedly succeeded in

• adding 95 new channel partners;

• reaching total cumulative c360 licenses of over 190,000;

• achieving maintenance renewal rates of over ninety percent;

• adding five new products through licensing and acquisition; and

In fact, the proud parent company was also able to announce last week that CDC acquired MVI Technology as well. This acquisition is structured with a three-year earn-out for the MVI management team; the team will remain with CDC Software.
