Ascendix releases product, kicks off tour

The folks at Ascendix Technologies have released Sponsor Advantage v2.1, an upgrade to one of the firm’s flagships, a product that is "designed to help asset managers, product sponsors and distributors address the most critical needs for effective and efficient operations, sales, marketing, support and service."

Sponsor Advantage is built on Sage SalesLogix 7.0. The product is touted as deployable on BlackBerry and Windows Mobile platforms within a single development environment.

And don’t forget that Ascendix begins the Real Estate Advantage launch tour at Irving, Texas, Microsoft offices today. Real Estate Advantage is a specialized CRM solution assisting real estate companies in managing assets, leases, tenants, vendors and prospects in marketing, service, sales and support functions. Advantage is built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 platform, Real Estate Advantage leverages Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, MapPoint and SharePoint.

With the tour, Ascendix promises an opportunity for commercial real estate professionals to get an in-depth review of the product offering, and tips and advice from Microsoft and Ascendix Technologies.

The content of the Advantage demos is intended for professionals from commercial real estate firms involved in the buying/selling, servicing or investing of commercial real estate, including public REITs, property owners, asset managers, brokerage firms and developers.

The Ascendix tour takes the group to Chicago on March 27; Irvine, Calif. on April 24; Las Vegas for the ICSC Tradeshow on May 21-23; Boston for the RealComm Show on June 7-9; New York on July 24; and Atlanta for the NAIOP Show on October 16-19.
