Implementing your CRM system needs to be done right. Knowing your exact needs is of the utmost importance, but you also need to make sure that it's pushed across your sales and marketing staff properly. You can have the best CRM system, but if it's not being used properly by the team, it's like using a blowgun on a grizzly bear, just pointless and noneffective. I agree Barry.
