Pivotal choice for Ziegler

CRM solutions provider Pivotal Corporation today announced that Wisconsin-based boutique investment banking and investment services firm The Ziegler Companies, Inc. has selected Pivotal Private Banking, Pivotal Capital Markets and Pivotal Asset Management in order to enhance its interdepartmental collaboration, promote maximum cross and up-selling and support first-rate service across its investment banking, wealth management and asset management business units.

Ziegler chose Pivotal over Galeforce Solutions, Salesforce.com, Sage and Siebel Systems for its “ease of use, and highly tailored functionality for investment banking, wealth management and asset management.” The Pivotal CRM system installed at Ziegel provides the company’s investment banking, wealth management and asset management employees secure, role-specific access to appropriate client information. Along with the announcement came the noting that the SIA Technology Management Conference in New York on June 20-22 will host Pivotal and Ziegler representatives, who wish to further discuss how Pivotal CRM assists Ziegler in managing client interaction.

Simultaneously across the ocean in Birmingham, U.K., representatives from Pivotal (business development director Ian Evans) and Pivotal customer Savills (information technology director Richard Coleman) will present a session entitled “Single View of the Customer: Prerequisite or Panacea?” at the 2006 Customer Strategy and Management convention on June 21 and 22. The presentation promises to analyze the factors in creating a genuine single view of the customer. Milwaukee, Wis.-based The Ziegler Companies, Inc. is a growth-oriented boutique investment banking and investment services firm with foci in the non-profit areas of health care, senior living and church and school sectors.

Operations encompass capital markets and investment services, including asset management and wealth management through retail brokerage offices. Ziegler Capital Management sponsors North Track mutual funds. Total assets under management are approximately $3.3 billion. Savills is an international property services group with offices and associates throughout Europe, the Americas, the Asian Pacific and Africa.
