In the January 2011 “CRM Solutions For The Utilities And Telecommunications Industries” report, Forrester reviewed 24 CRM (customer relationship management) suite solutions in eight key cross-functional processes: customer management and billing; financial customer care and dispute management; service management; order management; dealer management; telecommunications order management; product management, including bundles; and customer financials management. Amdocs CES (customer experience systems) was the only product portfolio to receive a “strong” rating in all eight categories.
