C2CRM Wins in Both SMB and Enterprise Categories for the Third Consecutive Year

BETHESDA, MD (March 06, 2006) – ClearC2, Inc.’s C2CRM was selected by ISM Inc.,
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategic advisers and software reviewers, as a Top
15 CRM Enterprise and Small & Medium Business Software Awards for 2006. This is the fourth
consecutive time that ISM has selected Clear to ISM’s Top 15, and the third consecutive year
that C2 was recognized a Top 15 award winner in both categories.
For the third time since the awards were first presented in 1990, the Top 15 CRM
Software Awards are divided into two categories – Enterprise, and Small & Medium Business
(SMB) – to reflect the changes and growth of the CRM marketplace. The awards, which serve as
the standard for the CRM industry, were announced today from the ISM headquarters in
Bethesda, Maryland.
C2CRM was chosen after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda,
Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 217 selection criteria, including
110 business functions, 49 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 5 Real-Time
criteria and 17 user-support features.

“ClearC2 is to be praised for obtaining the Top 15 honor given ISM’s strenuous and
comprehensive software selection process,” said Barton Goldenberg, President of ISM. “The Top
15 CRM Awards, which serve as the standard for CRM software, have expanded considerably
since ISM began presenting the awards in 1990. ClearC2 is among the leaders in the industry”.
Of the SMB companies whose software won the Top 15 award, all declared that they were
doing more implementations now than in 2005, with eight of the 17 handling at least 60 percent
of customer implementations and only three vendors outsourcing implementations 70 percent or
more. The picture was even more dramatic for the Enterprise CRM Top 15 vendors, with only
one company under 70 percent for in-house implementations. C2CRM is certainly one of the
few selected vendors who handle nearly 95% of all implementations directly for their customers.
“In an effort to secure customer loyalty, vendors are placing increased emphasis on
ensuring the successful implementation of each CRM initiative. This includes CRM software
vendors taking more control over user adoption, ROI metrics and the people/process side of
CRM,” said Goldenberg.
