Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner Earns Gold Competency

Microsoft Dynamics CRM provider, PowerObjects, has announced it has achieved the Gold competency level for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) offerings as part of the Microsoft Partner Network program, which launched in November of 2010.

This designation recognizes PowerObjects’ expertise in CRM and a commitment to the CRM solution area. The company is one of the first Microsoft partners to achieve Gold competency for CRM. With this new program now firmly in place, partners can earn either Gold or Silver competency accreditation in specific areas of expertise.

In the past, the Gold Partner status reflected an overall capability. The new approach launched in November by Microsoft enables its partners to more clearly differentiate their business capabilities, as well as areas of specialization, to stand out from the crowd.

The new program also has much more stringent criteria than in the past and partners who meet the requirements do truly demonstrate the highest and most consistent capability and commitment within a specific business solution area.

With the new rules for the Microsoft partner program in place, partners have up to 12 months to meet the new criteria. PowerObjects exceeded expectations by achieving this Gold competency rating so quickly after the launch of the new program.

According to Jim Sheehan, COO of PowerObjects, the company has been following this transition of the partner program very closely with a goal to achieve the highest Microsoft level right out of the gate.

PowerObjects is extremely pleased with the hard work of its team and the early success in achieving the new, tougher accreditation. The company is positioning this new designation as a testament to its position as a leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution provider.
