Intelestream Intros InteleCRM 3.5

Intelestream Inc. is a Chicago based Customer Relationship Management product development and consulting that offers Open Source CRM Professional Services. In 2008, the company developed inteleCRM, the online CRM for small to medium-sized businesses with an affordable pricing model for unlimited users.

Recently, they unveiled inteleCRM version 3.5. This new product release focuses on more options for integration and enhancements to order management functionality. Intelestream has a diverse team of experts in both business and technology with some of the brightest minds in the CRM industry.

Features in the new release include more choices for credit card processing, deeper integration with Quickbooks, Google calendar integration and Google Docs integration. InteleCRM now offers a recurring opportunities solution for service companies that sell subscriptions and memberships.

Intelestream CEO Jason Greens says they are working on new features and integrations for inteleCRM every day. The company’s goal is to make the application central command for sales, marketing, support and executive personnel and if customers ask for something new, the company is ready to give it to them.

The application is an affordable, turnkey CRM solution that meets customer requirements with easy customization. All that is needed is an Internet connection and a web browser to get started.

Intelestream has also added a wide range of social CRM functionality to the application as well. The platform will enable sales, marketing and customer support users the capability to collaborate with one another while engaging with the outside world as well. Some of the social media usages connecting them are Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, to name a few.
