Akvelon Inc. Updates Global Search for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
Akvelon, a company that specializes in CRM solutions, recently announced an update to its application Global Search. Global Search is a component built for Microsoft Dynamics that grants the ability to conveniently search through multiple CRM categories through a single search query. The update contains features suggested through customer feedback, which increases the overall effectiveness of the application.
Global Search already had the capability to increase productivity and time efficiency through more precise search features. However, Akvelon has bulked up the power in this update by adding the ability to search for attachments and the contents within them, searching by look-up fields, and allowing users to find any related fields with many-to-many (N:N) relationships.
